Call to Worship
Lord your love calls us here
Your love calls us to worship you
You are the Lord whose perfect love casts out fear
So may we know the freedom your love brings
And in worship sing your song of praise
To your glory
And in honour of your name

1 Praise, my soul, the King of heaven:
to His feet thy tribute bring;
ransomed, healed, restored, forgiven,
who like thee His praise should sing?

Ephesians 3: 14 – 21
For this reason, I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. 
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

1 And can it be that I should gain
an interest in the Saviour’s blood?
Died He for me, who caused His pain?
For me , who Him to death pursued?
Amazing love! how can it be
that Thou, my God,
should die for me!

2 ‘Tis mystery all! The Immortal dies:
who can explore His strange design?
in vain the first-born seraph tries
to sound the depths of live divine.
‘Tis mercy all! let earth adore,
let angel minds inquire no more.

3 He left His Father’s throne above –
so free so infinite His grace –
emptied Himself of all but love,
and bled for Adam’s helpless race.
‘Tis mercy all, immense and free;
for, O my God, it found out me!

4 Long my imprisoned spirit lay
fast bound in sin and nature’s night;
Thine eye diffused a quickening ray –
I woke, the dungeon flamed with light;
my chains fell off, my heart was free.
I rose, went forth, and followed Thee.

5 No condemnation now I dread;
Jesus, and all in Him, is mine!
Alive in Him, my living Head,
and clothed in righteousness divine,
bold I approach the eternal throne,
and claim the crown, through Christ, my own.
