Stop turning my Father\u2019s house into a market!\u2019<\/p>\n<p>His disciples remembered that it is written:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Zeal for your house will consume me.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>The Jews then responded to him, \u2018What sign can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Jesus answered them,<br \/>\n\u2018Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong><sup>\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>They replied,<br \/>\n\u2018It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>But the temple he had spoken of was his body.<\/p>\n<p>After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said.
